Estate sales are also often held in beautiful homes or properties, which can be a fun and exciting experience for shoppers. Additionally, because professionals typically manage estate sales, you can expect a well-organized event with clear pricing and helpful staff.

For sellers, estate sales can be a convenient and effective way to sell off a large number of items in a short amount of time. Because a premier estate sale company manages the sale, you don’t have to worry about the logistics of running a sale yourself, such as pricing items, advertising the event, and handling transactions.

How We Do It

Before a sale, we bring in an experienced team to organize and professionally stage every item in the sale. We will create a beautiful, comprehensive display of all items to be sold. If, during our staging process, we find items that appear to be sentimental or potentially valuable that weren’t previously mentioned, we will consult with you and get your permission before the sale to sell those items. All available tables, shelves and storage areas will be utilized and additional tables, clothing racks will be provided for display purposes.
We will appraise all sale items and prices will be marked with materials that we provide. For items of potential value that are not within our area of expertise, we may choose to engage an outside appraiser at our expense. Our client’s input regarding the value of specific items is always considered.
We will advertise on our website via our large database of names and emails of people who have signed up to be on our email list. Descriptions and photos are included on the website. We will also advertise on Estate Sale Websites pertinent to the area in which the sale will be held, including and
We will conduct the sale in a professional and efficient manner with two main objectives: to sell every available item and to maximize proceeds for our clients. To assist with the sale, we will hire as many individuals as are necessary from our pool of seasoned, experienced and reliable professionals.

We will take all reasonable steps to guard against theft of or damage to sale items. Security is one of our primary considerations. To ensure the security of the sale and the customers, we will use locked showcases for anything small that is of great value and we will hire professional security officers as deemed necessary.

During an estate sale, Treasures Retold LLC accepts all major credit cards and cash, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. The client will receive payment within 3 to 5 business days of the conclusion of the sale.

Disposal of Unsold Items is agreed upon with the client when the contract is signed. We offer an outside cleanout company who can pickup the leftover items, typically at no charge to the client. For an additional charge we can also arrange a donation for the remaining items. For donated items, we provide a 501 (c)(3) donation receipt.
